What Takes Place

Crowd6

Venue: The Lombard Method, 68a Lombard Street, Digbeth, B12 0QR
Opening Times: 4-8 of November, 12-5pm

Formed in April 2007 artist collective Crowd6 seek to promote and develop art in the region by providing artists and curators with opportunties to showcase and develop their practice.

What Takes Place brings together the founders of Crowd6, exhibiting artwork that rhymes, echoes and hoodwinks the place of the established, the received and the generally known.

Carefully chosen subjects will have their boots filled and walked in, as the members of Crowd6 tinker with great works of film, usurp the place of some of art’s historical giants and lurk in the shadows of accepted wisdom.

The exhibition will be hosted by up and coming West Midlands based contemporary arts group The Lombard Method.

Crowd6 are Naomi Bulmer, Jamie Randall, Elizabeth Short and Steven Varndell.
