KR-36 was a participant-led, covert, art performance. There was no real way to access the work without becoming a participant, as it required the proper initiation and guidance by Non-Player Characters. However, those outside of the performance could observe some suspicious or unexplained behaviour.
KR-36 was a re-framing of the rest of ‘The Event’ within the context of the world it creates, and provided the participants with an alternative experience of both the other artworks and the city itself.
We cannot give away too much of what was involved, since secrecy was paramount. Suffice it to say that participants were asked to find their own path through a maze of paranoia, secret societies, codes and keys.
